If the raw material ICM needs to produce the crystals is in stock, the lead-time may be sooner than expected. If the needed parts, or raw materials, are not available and need to be made from scratch, the lead-times may be longer. ICM's average lead-times are shown in the table below:

Yes, ICM is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and our certification number is FM 60038.
Yes. ICM manufactures crystals, precision crystals, some oscillators, and some filters in our plant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. TCXOs, oscillators and some filters are manufactured to ICM specifications by our affiliates.
Most ICM samples take two to three weeks to produce. Even a relatively simple crystal unit requires ten to fifteen separate and distinct manufacturing stages. If you specified the full range of your unique requirements, chances are that your samples had to be manufactured from scratch. In many cases, a 'standard' stock crystal could be used for prototyping. Then, if required, a full custom crystal could be manufactured. ICM wants our samples to be representative of our standard manufacturing process.
Yes, ICM provides prototyping services as required for crystals, oscillators and TCXOs, but we typically charge a fee dependent on the engineering required and quantity needed.

Yes to both, but a crystal unit manufactured as a series resonant crystal will operate at a frequency higher than expected if used in a parallel resonant circuit. A crystal unit manufactured as a parallel resonant crystal will operate at a frequency lower than expected if used in a series resonant circuit.
Yes, ICM provides environmental and electrical testing for both our production products as well as customer-owned product that they would like to test to see if it meets specifications.
